What are some of the best places to eat in North America?

I’m planning a massive road trip to Alaska this summer, and I’d like to know some great places to eat along the way. Nothing too expensive or fancy. I can find something I like on nearly any menu, so throw whatever you know at me.

I’ve done the trip up to the Yukon four times and have a few favourite places to eat along the way.

Toad River Lodge – Toad River BC
Tetsa River Lodge – Tetsa River BC – great cinnamon buns
Destruction Bay Lodge – Destruction Bay YT (café is usually only open til 4PM)
Lil’s Place – 209 Main Street, Whitehorse YT
Wolf-It-Down Restaurant – Nugget City YT (about 30km out of Watson Lake)
The Deli – 203 Hanson Street Whitehorse YT
The Greenhouse – Shopper’s Park Mall Grande Cache AB – good home-made Chinese and Western Food
De’d Dog Pub – Astoria Hotel Jasper AB

There’s also a burrito wagon in Whitehorse that’s usually down at Rotary Park that I think is rather good.
