Transatlantic Cruise from Barcelona to New York?
My mother needs to take a boat from Barcelona (or nearby) to New York City (Or nearby) on or shortly after February 5th, 2010. There are not many websites or cruises to choose from. The only one that shows this WESTBOUND cruise is scheduled for April. Anyone know of a site or a cruise that work for her? Her arthritis will not allow her to fly 9 hours on a plane. Thanks for your ideas.
Yes, it’s a possibilty. But for the money she would rather do a cruise. It’s just less taxing and less schlepping for her. Thanks for the input.
Cunard has the most Transatlantic crossings, departing Southhampton, stopping in Hamburg, and arriving New York City. As to flying, would a seat in first class be available for her? They are really quite comfortable, even for those with rather severe disabilities.
