Is there bus, train tours in alaska, anchorage, fairbanks,juneau?

There is train service from Anchorage to Fairbanks year round. And in the summer, there are naturists (meaning forest rangers, not nudists!) on board to explain what you see out the windows. The obvious place along the way to stop for a few days is Denali National Park.

There are also tour buses that do that route (as well as to Seward, Whittier and a small bus line to Homer). Many of them are owned by the cruise lines (Norweigen, Princess, etc) and are used to do the land portion of a combination cruise package.

No trains in Juneau, but there are buses used to shuttle cruise ship passangers around in the summer. Or grab a cab and ask the driver to explain what you’re driving by.
