How to lose muffin tops FAST?!?!?
Okay so i’m going on a vacation to the Caribbeans in about two weeks, and this ugly muffin top sure is not helping me get prepared for the vacation. C’Mon who doesn’t want a decent body shape in bikinis at the beach. Once in a while a walk about 2 miles twice a week, but i want fast results!
I’m not concerned about my weight. Its pretty average how it is. But the muffin top doesn’t collaborate with. But still weight loss is good too. hahaha~
