How should I stay in good shape on a cruise this summer?
I’m a competitive tennis player, and I’m already hearing how much weight people gain on cruises. I can’t come back fat and out of shape. Any ideas on how to stay on top of my game?
I’m going on a cruise in August and there is a gym on our boat – look into it and see if there is one on yours. If not, try to take advantage of some of the other exercises available – swimming, walking, etc. Watch what you eat – I bet people gain weight because there is always food available, so they are more likely to eat more than they really need.
