Sandy beach resort or Oceans one resort in Myrtle beach, sc?
I am getting ready to book one of these hotels. Please which one is a better resort for just me and husband and 8 year old son. The pool looks wonderful at the Oceans one resorts but the reviews are questionable. Has anyone stayed at either if so please give me your input. Thanks
last year 2010, my wife and i stayed at oceans one for three months.when we got there two days later the lights in the bath room only had one light bulb out of 5 working.i called down and told them,in less than one hour passed and a man was there to fix it.he couldn’t fix it and said he would be back.it was the spare bathroom so i moved my things to the other bathroom.much to my surprise in about ten minutes later he was back with a brand new fixture and replaced the whole light.very inpressive. had a leak in the toilet fixed with in two hours.we enjoyed our three months there very much. we and going to stay there for the same time in 2012.as for sandy beach resort my wife and i stayed there for three months in 2011 and had a very good time.as for which one is best i think oceans one is the best.i don,t think you can go wrong with eather one. we had a two bedroom in oceans one on the corner rooms great view ocean and city view .very very nice.in the sandy beach we had a three bedroom on the corner ocean view .
