Lihue houses the community college, museums and other attractions and is one of the busiest parts of Kauai.
This area will give you an endless choice of homes from the most affordable to the most extravagant. The average annual rainfall is approximately 49 inches and there is rarely a cloudless day, thanks to the persistent flow of the northeasterly trade winds.
Homes on the East Side: Kauai’s Most Urban Living
Kapa’a is the most populated place on Kaua’i and is where you’ll find the majority of the dining, accommodation and tourist-oriented shops.
