Recommendations on luxury tour operator for visiting Egypt — appropriate for older adults?
There are a couple choices for what you are requesting such as Taulk, Insight, and Trafalgher being the top 3 I would recommend. As far as who would be the best for you though, I would have to ask more questions to give you a more honest opinion on this.
Egypt is such a beautiful, mystical and historic country. A lovely choice for a holiday.
I would highly suggest a good travel agent. In all honesty much against popular belief by some. Agents don’t tack on commission to a package. You pay the same amount as you would going through them direct, however the company makes more money as they don’t have to pay an agency.
There are many advantages through going with an agent, again a good one because not all will be experienced with tours let alone Egypt travels. An agent can assist you will all questions, concerns and needs instead of having an 800 # waiting for the next available rep. It is just nice to have a direct contact available to you instead.

I do strongly suggest considering travel insurance as I can almost say for sure you will not be medically covered while traveling internationally. The only ones I have seen tend to be military insurances sometimes do. Not everyone travel abroad is why your insurance company wouldn’t cover you in the event of an emergency. Medical is just one part of reasoning for insurance, there are many other benefits. This is something I well can’t speak for all agencies, but we do not charge a service fee to book this. I know for me it is just so highly recommended. I am saying this from experience of my sister 6 years ago getting into a major car crash that required even an air lift and she didn’t have insurance. In her defense though, she was misinformed from the insurance company.
