How can I send a package or a letter to someone who works on a yacht?
This person works on a luxury motor yatch that spends winter cruising in the Caribbean and summer in the Mediterranean. I´d like to send a package once it´s in the Med, but I still don´t know where, exactly, it´ll be: the most probable places are the Cote d´Azur or Viareggio in Italy. At least I know the name of the person and of the yacht, but I don´t know what else is necessary to make the delivery. Still no answer from Fed-Ex and the like.

You need to know where the boat will be before you can send anything out. Once you have a destination, you can ask your friend/person who works on a yacht to ask the harbormaster/marina office where they moor for a delivery address and phone number for a package.
For example:

Plan on about 7-10 days for delivery from the United States if the package includes anything other than papers. And don’t send it until you know they are there, have a confirmed reservation etc. or the harbormaster could refuse your package completely.
