What is a good website to list our condo rental?
We wanted to avoid Craiglist (too much spam and parties that are not serious). Any that you have used? Paid listing services are fine too. Thanks in advance.
Craigslist has worked well for me. I don’t post my phone number, and I give a nearby intersection for the address. I always include pictures. I schedule an open house on a Saturday afternoon, and people have to email me to get the details. I usually have 10+ people come by, and generally get 2-3 applications on the first day. Nothing could be easier!
