When I go on Caribbean Cruise line Bahamas celebration can I get liquor cheap?
This will be my first cruise and I’ve been told that most the money spent is on liquor. I’m going on Bahamas Celebration and am wondering how much the drinks cost on the boat.
Liquor will not be cheap. Depends on what you are drinking.
Expect about $3 – $6 for beer, $4 – $7 for a glass of wine, $5 – $10 for a mixed drink (depending on the brand and amount of liquor used) and anywhere from $20 – $200 for a bottle of wine/champagne.
You are not allowed to bring alcohol on board but it is fairly easy to sneak it on your checked luggage as long as it is concealed well. The worst that they’ll do is confiscate it if they find it. Another option is to buy a rum runner – http://www.rumrunnerflasks.com/ – to sneak liquor on board.
