Well what is it usually in may and june
We cruised to the Baltic countries that you have listed 3 years ago in May 2007. Our trip began in mid-May. The weather was pleasant, mostly like fall weather with temperatures in the range of 60 to 75/80, depending upon the day and location. It was not cold in any location and in most places a long sleeve shirt or a sweater or light jacket was all that was needed. Some places it was warm enough for short sleeve shirts and no jacket or sweater. It was sunny most places but we did get some rain showers in Norway. We even got a great day in London before our cruise began and the temps were in the 70′s and sunny. The normal weather for London is drizzle or rain and fog. That is what you should expect for both Ireland and the UK. Sunny days there are a bonus
No, you are not likely to see whales in the Baltic. If you do it will be a rarity rather than a usual occurrence.
