My fiance and I want to go on a bahama cruise, we are first timer and don’t know where 2 start, any advice?

We reside in Chicago and want the best deal airfare and cruise fare. And is there really a such thing as “all inclusive” cruises?

Some cruises include almost everything. Drinks are never included though. On Carnival, you do get free juice and stuff at the buffets, but other special ones, and all alcohol, are a few bucks each.

I can tell you from experience not to go on American Airlines! They lost my luggage and I didn’t get it back til after the cruise!

Also, book the flights yourself. Use a website like expedia or something. Cruise lines can book it for you, but they always pick flights that are too close to the cruise departure, so if anything comes up, you might miss your cruise. So, book it yourself for the day before, then stay overnight in the departure city or something.

Because you haven’t been on a cruise, I suggest you go to a travel agent. That’s what they’re there for! They know lots of tips and info, and I know you will have lots of questions. You can also ask them exactly what is included in the cost.

Also, when you get to the different ports, you might sign up for something, which will cost you and is not included in the cruise price.

You should go on Carnival. It’s really fun and casual, although there are one or two formal nights, and you’ll have fun at any age!
