When should I book tours in Alaska?
I am visiting Alaska (Anchorage, Seward, and Talkeetna) mid to end of September. I would like to take the Prince William Sound cruise and Kenai Fjord half-day cruise. Should I book them online prior to going or should I book them once I get there? Would there be sales/specials if I was to book in person around the time of the cruise?

Do not wait till aboard to book. We were advised to do that by our travel agent and every side trip was full. We ended up not getting to do any of what we hoped.
