All Inclusive Resort in the Caribbean for Spring Break (College Student)?

So my friend and I would like to go on vacation in the Caribbean (we’re leaning towards the Dominican Republic, but are open to other areas if they are cheaper), and we want to know what anyone would suggest as far as the resort. Our preferences are :
