Alaska Backpacking Trips

Has anyone ever been hiking in Alaska?

I’ve never been to Alaska and I’ve only recently gotten into backpacking. I’m still pretty much a greenhorn about backpacking. The longest trek I’ve made was 17 miles. I’ve only taken trips alone, which has built my self-reliance, but hindered my ability to learn from someone more experienced. My longest trip was done in the winter with snow flurries. It wasn’t the most severe weather, but my water bottles did freeze. I mention this only to show that I have hiked in less than optimal conditions and I can handle it. Anyway I cannot find decent information online about Alaskan trails (I want something about 25-30 miles), how to get there, how to prepare, etc. Can anyone direct me to a place with this information? Anyone have any personal experiences to share?
