I know Alaska is famous for fishing adventures. Where in Alaska can I find the best fishing adventure packages?
Sounds like you want to come to Alaska. as a 25 years resident, I suggest you purchase a “Milepost” which is the bible of Alaska and the Yukon. It has maps of all roads, and there are not too many of these. It also has adds for lodging, sights, gas stations etc. for every road listed by their milepost #.Some of the interesting side notes tell you what you can see from a certain milepost, which berries are available and when to pick them and which rivers have fish in them and when the various runs occur. It’s well worth the investment. Hope you have a good trip.

However, the preserve is faced with a severe budget cut that would close them down unless they can produce a living panda cub. Ryan, his father Michael (Stephen Lang), and a local girl acting as translator (Huang Fei) set out in search of a baby panda. However, when they find one, the bear is being pursued by poachers. Ryan becomes separated from the rest of the group, and he alone must guide the young panda to the safety of the preserve, with the hunters hot on his trail and without the help of his father or their translator. The Amazing Panda Adventure was shot on location in Mainland China’s Sichuan province. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi Alaska Widower Jake Barnes (Dirk Benedict) moves with his daughter and son to a fishing village in Alaska, and earns his keep as a bush pilot by ferrying supplies to remote locations throughout the state. While the daughter loves her new home, the son cannot stand it, and is impatiently waiting until he is grown up enough to move away. However, they join forces to look for their father when they learn that he has gone down in an airplane accident. The official search party is called off and Jake is assumed dead, but the children will have none of it, and go off on their own into the Alaskan wilderness. Along the way, they thwart a big-game poacher (Charlton Heston) and his sidekick, and learn about survival in the wilderness. Fourteen-year old Rick has become quite rebellious since his father abandoned them. Margaret Heller, his mother, is a behavioral scientist who studies communication with gorillas. She is finding it increasingly difficult to communicate with the sullen, isolated Rick. The story opens just as Rick, who had stolen his mother’s van for a joyride, is released from jail. To punish him, Margaret forces him to clean out the animal research lab. Rick is especially loathe to clean out the gorilla cage. In that cage is a gorilla adept at sign language, Katie, whom Rick immediately despises. In time, he and Katie begin conversing, and the two become friends. But then Katie’s legal owner, the cruel Gus Charnley, reclaims her and forces her to perform caged up in a carnival act.
